What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 14 days to process your handmade order, then 5-10 business days for delivery. May vary due to Covid-19.

 

Is the delivery free?

No, the delivery is $ 3.00 for all residents of Canada, for orders below 99g (medals and light accessories).

The bells weigh more than 99g, so they cost CAD $ 15.00 to ship.

For residents outside of Canada, the shipping charge is CAD $ 15.00. 

 

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.


Where do we ship your medals from?

Qc, Quebec, Canada.


Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

No.


Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are not shipped separately. This means that if the same person orders for example 5 medals, they are supposed to receive all 5 medals in the same package. If the shipment is incomplete, please notify us at: info@medaillesalpine.com.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@medaillesalpine.com and we will send you an identical replacement item as soon as possible.


I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. It is also important to remember the variable delivery times due to Covid-19. Thank you for your understanding.
